About the Company: Innovation Services, Inc. is a worldwide provider of technology transfer consulting services through the integration of scientific disciplines with applied research and development engineering to support client agendas. 

The Company was founded in 1989 in response to a request for services by the United States Department of Energy and has continued to grow through pioneering technology and new product development initiatives. 

During the 1990's, Innovation Services recognized the growing demand confronting engineering programs to obtain increased performance and reliability from sophisticated advanced systems; coupled with reduced cost and schedule to reach operational readiness. The realization that these engineering programs represented a wide range of applications in diverse and highly fragmented market segments; led the Company to institute a robust technology transfer program in 1995 to network engineering lessons learned, in end-use applications, across markets.
